Medical Clinic is based on Toronto, Ontario and has served the Riverdale community for decades. Though they have been ahead of the game in terms of digital services, the global pandemic in 2020 was still a difficult maneuver for the flock of patients needing virtual assistance all of a sudden.
The re-design focuses on a new branding strategy that is more delicate to the user and helps both the medical doctor and patient have a smoother virtual consultation process where they can both keep track of their records.
